Brilliant progress by one of my most motivated clients Gavin Williams. Gavin started working with me just before Christmas and has showed what hard work and sticking to a structure Plan can do. His progress numbers speak for themselves: ✅22pound of Fat loss ✅6 inches lost from his stomach ✅5 inches lost from his waist
... All while gaining; ✅3 inches of muscles on his arms ✅Increased muscular size and shape throughout. And even though working towards body composition goals Gavin has added: ✅70kgs on his bench press (50kg-120kg) ✅40kg to his overhead press(35kg-75kg) ✅39 press ups on to his max(12 reps-51reps) ✅36 sit ups on to his max (14reps-50reps) ✅Most importantly for Gavin as a runner, his Vo2 max has shot up 15points to above 50. Which will allow Gavin to perform at a much higher work rate than when we started.

Today was my first time in over a year to work out . Went over muscle works gym. Where Gavin showed me the ropes and worked with me. He was very patient, professional and encouraging which gave me confidence and the drive to continue my new exercise regime.
I’ve been training with Gavin for almost a year now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training once a week, as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions & then took on a personal one-on-one session as well!
I must be a glutton for punishment.
Gavin is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
Importantly:
– He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
– He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
I would recommend Gavin to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

Gav is a brilliant coach and very knowledgeable- he ensures that you have the technique correct to help prevent injury etc. I have really enjoyed training with Gavin and would like to wish him all the best for the future and hope to train with him again soon.
