A crazy interpretation of the legislation 🙄 and unnecessary. Any major retailer should have T&Cs that cover this and in initially signing up online, the buyer would’ve said ‘OK’ to them.

A really interesting article - at last count only around 600,000 businesses out of 5.4M had registered, and this is the most basic of requirements and the starting point of GDPR!
