Both 6 week challenge groups are full. Have a few people still wanting to start week commencing 6th August. I could start another group that would be between times of 8am-4pm twice a week and then join the other 2 groups sat 7am!

What can I say, joined Gemma’s 6 week challenge what an experience!! Supportive, patient and amazing motivator. I’ve lifted weights I’d never believe I could do. I would highly recommend this challenge but be warned she is the beast !! Brilliant experience lost weight and inches and made some lovely friends too, thanks guys got my mo jo back x

I’m so pleased I embarked on the 6 week challenge with Gemma. Everyone thought I was mad doing it at Christmas, but here I am 6 weeks later 6kgs lighter, 12.5 inches smaller and 4% less body fat!

Gemma is very professional and experienced and pushes you through every session to achieve your goals. The sessions are always varied and interesting and the meal plan made much easier with one cheat day included to have what you want! You will definitely gets results! Thanks Gemma xxxx

Iv trained with gemma on a one to one basis and also as part of her six week challenge. I cant recommend her enough if you a looking for someone who will encourage and support you 100%. I have had some great results from training with gemma and Iv always been made to feel comfortable. Keep doing what your doing gem, you do an amazing job. Thank you for everything xxx

I have just completed a 10 week personal training course with Gemma and I am extremely happy with the results. Gemma gave me the perfect combination of a clean diet, individualised training programme and challenging, yet achievable goals. My target was to get down to my pre pregnancy weight (lose just over a stone) and I smashed it in 10 weeks thanks to her encouragement and drive. I would highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

I can't recommend Gemma enough following completion of my 10 personal training sessions. I was apprehensive to try out a personal trainer so soon after giving birth (3 months), but signing up with Gemma was a great move. I have never felt so energised after working out! She made each workout challenging and creative so I didn't get bored of the same routine. She has a great attitude, great knowledge of training and is tough, but that helped me to focus on completing my goals. The eating plan and sessions were bespoke to me, which I felt added that 'personal' touch. Gemma was happy to give advice and guidance whenever I needed it. Thank you very much, I will be back xx

Definitely made the right choice picking Gemma as my PT. Been training with her for the past 6 months. I have dropped 2 dress sizes and lost 4.5 inches off my waist. My strength and fitness has improved and I can do things now that I could never have imagined 6 months ago !!!

6 weeks ago I was a nervous wreak attending the first group session of Gemma's boot camp as i had no confidence what so ever . Now today is the last one of this block I am absolutely gutted its over. Thanks to Gemma's encouragement, support and guidance. I've seen a massive boost in my confidence and fitness along with losses, all of this i had told myself wasn't possible due to my health and medication i take. It has been hard and challenging but Gemma offers the full package of support, nutritional advice and effective exercise (tailored to your individual needs). Can't wait to start PT and for the October bootcamp. ���
