Absolute DISGRACEFUL behaviour from the staff who worked on sunday 23rd july 2017. Came to buy a king size headboard and asked the gentleman, 'which was a king size headboard?', he replied 'well you can clearly see this one isnt a king size' with a rude tone. I shrugged it off and asked if he can find out the price so he went of to check on the pc while i looked around. He came back to the headboard to check something and I politely asked if did he had found the price? He started giving me a lecture about nonsense and starting getting annoyed because I simply asked him one question???!!! Till that point I walked off because this was the MOST BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER recieved and I do not intend to ever spend my money there. While walking out the staff member quickly came over to apologise for his behaviour but it was too little too late as I was already DISGUSTED by his poor behaviour. Is this what this company is representing?????!!, if so you need to change some of your values!! Worst customer experience, dont ever bother with this place

I think this store is a bit smaller than the Newport branch, but the layout is a bit less hectic. Staff didn't badger me when I walked in.
Some prices are competitive others aren't. Worth a visit if you are shopping around for furniture.
Location isn't too bad, but getting back onto main road can be a pain in peak traffic
