can't recommend enough everything was made so simple, staff were friendly accommodating and helpful food was fab room decorated for when got there kids had a fab time and excellent value for money cant thank enough for making my girls day so special ��

Went for my brothers birthday and my little girls loved it, most of the staff were very polite and a massive thank you too Danica the young lady who done his party she was very helpful and had a lovely friendly manner! Great job ☺!

Took my 6 yo nephew here today. Couldn't believe how cheap it was for the amount of fun we had. Manager Harry was absolutely incredible, helped with all my queries - very polite and knowledgeable. Nephew had the best time and even though he wasn't sure of some of the things by the end of our hour he was dragging me all over the place � great workout, I need a nap now!

Took kids to a party, amazing place and jody the member of staff was outstanding, couldn't ask for anyone better, she was so polite and friendly towards the kids. I will be booking my son's party here if i can have her organising it. Top worker.

Thank you so much for today and to Cat and the other staff for making our day extra special and going above and beyond it means the absolute world to michael and myself everyone had a lovely time and cant wait for the next party

My daughter had her birthday party at geronimos on Sunday she absolutely loved it the staff were amazing we had a lady called jodie who did anything she could to help even when we had a bit of mess with ice cream it was no problem for her she was always smiling and so helpful witch made are day. We had the buffet aswell I would recommend this to anyone it was really nice and the kids loved how they could have bits of everything so would really recommend we have booked another party for this Sunday coming hope we have the same lady great day. :)

I had a party for my son and Jodi Diamond was amazing, she was very helpful and on hand for anything we needed, I recommend her for anyone's party xx

Held my daughter and friend's birthday party here today, place was clean and tidy, the staff were fantastic and catered for every need, calmly looking after over 25 kids and families. 3 games on the laser zone too which was great fun for kids and parents. Thank you for a fun filled, stress free party!! Ffion

Had my sons 9th birthday here today, everyone enjoyed it, he did the lazer quest and i think think the grown ups enjoyed it more than the kids.

Nothing was to much trouble for the staff, we were made to feel very welcome and weren't rushed, highly recommended, special thanks to Cat for making everything go so well, food was enjoyed by everyone.

Had my sons 8th birthday there today and the lady that did it jody diamond was great with the kids, my son is very wary of people and she took her time to interact with him and explain to him about how the lazer games work and they loved every minute of there lazer quest games.They also enjoyed all there food and ice cream. Will be booking another party there again in the near future couldnt of asked for a better party for my son a

Had a disco party here for my sons 5th birthday. Realy was amazing what was included in the package. Lazorzone,play area ,games and buffet. All the children had a great time and all the staff especialy marie made it special for my son. They realy should do the disco party package as i would definitely book again as will many of the parents that came today. Only thing was they should do a boy pinyarta as he wasnt impressed with a unicorn one.:) but still enjoyed hitting it.lol

Had Zacks 6th birthday party here today and have to say we had a brilliant time. Staff were brilliant food was good and plenty of it. Got a very happy boy tonight. Was that good we have booked my daughters 7th birthday party for next month. Thank you to all staff that made his day so special.

Absolutely amazing party for Tyler here on sunday! Had the Lazer Slayer package! 3 games of Lazer quest inuding a parents Vs kids and a play in the playframe. Staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of food and drinks for the party and ice cream and party bags provided! Also a fan in the party room was which needed haha! Thank you all!

We came here during the half term as I had previously seen a re-launch on here late last year. Disappointed that the cafe/seating area had not improved at all.

We arrived (2 adults & 5 children) and ordered food & drinks.



My jacked & beans arrived (beans in a huge bowl & jacket plonked on side of plate) no salad which I had to ask for despite this being on the menu.

Kids food was served in polystyrene boxes & cold/wet from condensation in the boxes and 10 mins apart.

My friend & I ordered within 5 minutes of each other yet food for her and her children came 45 mins apart. Her jacket, beans & salad came well presented, all on a plate. No consistency with food it seems!!!

Tables were not wiped & upon arrival we had to ask for this to be done. Menus were sticky & wet 😷

I later ordered 2 more teas and upon paying (at the card machine) was shocked to see that behind the counter was littered with chips that the staff were just walking through 🤢

The icing on the cake was when one of the lads had came out earlier with a jacket potato, beans & salad no-one claimed. We left about 30 minutes later to see the plate with potato, beans & salad on in the hot cabinet with the pizza & chips. Surely this doesn't meet food standards with salad in a hot place. Should have been binned initially.

I was going to give 2 stars however the definition of 2 stars is 'Fair' ... not an experience I shall be repeating!!

Un-alarmed security door inside the soft play that can be opened by the children... if it weren’t left wide open at all times! When confronted about it the explaination is “there’s always someone there so it doesn’t matter” except there was no one around when I took a photo of it or when my daughter went through it! The door is in constant use though as they are constantly bringing rubbish and cleaning products through the soft play between the door and the canteen area!



The door is completely invisible from the dining area and as such it’s absolutely perfect for children to get into what appears to be an open kitchen and cleaning area where there are chemicals and god knows what laying around!



The main Entrance and exit were left open, did not automatically close and the staff made no effort to close them despite standing next to or actually IN the gates! It was down to the parents to enforce this, even when staff were leaving them open!



Not a pleasant experience and one we won’t be replicating! It’s such a shame as the soft play itself is probably one of the best we’ve seen, but it counts for nothing when it is so incredibly dangerous and unsecure.

Shocking! Order a kids meal to be handed 2 chicken nuggets in a polystyrene box what happened to plates???? Also suppose to come with a drink aswell!!!! Will never waste money again for my child to eat here!!!!!
