Get To My PC CYF provides a fully managed secure remote access service for NHS UK staff. Our service has been developed to comply with NHS UK Information Governance. Secure remote access, either for off-site working or remote support is a technology growth area which provides tangible benefits to NHS staff, but is also an area of considerable concern in relation to security of patient identifiable data. We have developed a range of managed remote access solutions using different remote access and security technologies to ensure both security of patient data and also ease of use. We provide a fully managed remote access service, independent of the IT Service Desk which is suitable for non-technical as well as technical professionals. To assist users who may be working shift patterns or unsocial hours, our support service is available by email or telephone from 8 until late throughout the week and by arrangement outside these hours.
