Well the double burger I had with bacon and cheese was outstanding Thanks to Mark!! Fantastic service and wicked vibes. Would recommend to anyone and will be back in the future �

We ordered through their own website for a delivery. Considering we were approx 6 miles away the food was still really hot!! Very good quality meat, especially the chilli they use for chilli chips!! The service was fast also. We also visited the bar the day before we ordered a takeaway and it was brilliant. There is an outdoor area at the back of the bar and had a really good vibe! Tv screen and great music! We will be visiting again!

Traveled all the way from Merseyside as I'd heard nothing but good things about this place.

I've got to admit I'm glad I did! Amazing food at great prices and the portion sizes are spot on.

I personally can recommend the pulled pork burger and sweet potato fries.

Well worth a visit if you're in the area or not!

Staff are very welcoming, great atmosphere, upstairs is busy and full of life with acts and entertainment playing most of the time ,food is great Especial the nachos!! And drink prices are great compared to most places in Prestatyn ,,,highly recommend.

My partner and I first had a take away from here when we first moved to prestatyn in march and it was average to say the least and didn't bother ordering from here again. Last night as we were looking for a local take away we came across gingers again and gave it a second chance. MY GOD WERE GLAD WE DID!!!! We had the rib and wing combo and it was amazing! Roasting hot and full of flavor! Kinder and butterscotch milkshake was incredible!!!!! We were nervous as all this cost about £22 with delivery but we were left stuffed to the brim with very happy tummies! Can't wait for our next gingers!!!!!

Lovely place to eat with nice ingredients used all fresh and tasty fair price for what you get my only issue is the toilets could use some tlc and the area could use a face lift other wise lovely place friendly owner and waitress

I lost my ring last week after a lovely night upstairs, thank you so much to the staff that found it and messaged me to let me know and arrange for me to pick it up! Couldn't thank you enough ! Brilliant service �

Gingers Grill is a very good place to eat! The staff are happy and friendly and me and my friends go in many times due to the friendly atmosphere and delicious food! Highly recommend!

Food was amazing, the best southern fried chicken I have ever had, will definitely come back. Staff were friendly and very reasonably priced food made the visit even better, just wish I had room for a milkshake as well

Food is grade A for fresh ,quality and taste...great with the younger of the family members even after 9pm..which his quite hard to find in prestatyn after 9pm...made to feel very welcome...great for all ages with good beer/smoking area to rear of building. Now a nightclub upstairs as well , which I give the thumbs up for, its what preststyn needs to help keep it up to date.xxxxxxx

Definitely coming back for more burgers and beers �

Absolutely amazing. I would drive all the way down from Glasgow just for one of their burgers and then drive home again. Absolute top notch.

would completely avoid this place!!! me and my friend ordered £30+ worth of chicken for it to be delivered unfit to feed a dog totally unpresentable some of the order also wrong. we then rang gingers grill to complain who then got the ‘manager’ to ring us back for him to be nothing but rude,unprofessional, abrupt and highly aggressive! after being patronised on the phone for well over half an hour on how to kill a chicken and how to cook it and how the batch of chicken he has in the restaurant is cooked so ours must be fine he then got aggressive on the phone and said ‘ I’ll be at your fucking house in 15 minutes, make sure the chicken is ready’. when turning up at the house he asked to look at the chicken picked it out the box with his bare hands pulled all the chicken apart on top of the wheelie bin outside the house and said there’s nothing wrong with it again refused a refund and walked off and expected us to still eat that same chicken he’d just left on top of our bin. A massive problem when it could of been resolved so simply of just giving us a refund instead of just offering chicken nuggets. absolutely disgusting�

Very poor service. Food took 90 mins to arrive and the boss couldn't care less. My children had to take their food home due to the poor service. Food wasn't even worth the wait to be honest.

Very disappointed but even more so with the owner who did the dilivery & couldn't care less.

I feel his heart is no longer in the job & maybe it's time he moved on.

Would NOT recommend and won't be returning.

Really unimpressed. Went to visit today, sat down and realised my daughter needed a nappy change. Tried to go and change her and the change room / disabled toilet was blocked by a beer barrel, a stack of chairs and a fridge! The alternative would have been to carry toddler and kit up some very steep stairs to the female loos which do not cater for baby changing. This is unacceptable - we promptly left to go somewhere I could actually change my baby. I was gutted as I really wanted to support a local small business. Evidently this venue does not wish to welcome families.
