Amazing place: dedicated staff : Well cared for at all point of time

I had atotal hysrectomy 2 months ago and was under the care of mr treharne what atotal gent .he was fabulas and i was up and back in work in 3 and half weeks .he listened where others hadnt so happt he wazs my consultant

The staff on the child day surgery are so nice, very kind and they are doing a great job, they are so talkative and friendly. All the doctors looked after me, my family and the other patients yesterday were very good, thank you to the doctors and nurses :)

Amazing staff. Friendly and cheerful despite the pressures they are under.
Parking can be hell! Recommend the Park and Ride from Nantyci Showground. Free parking, and £1 return on bus.

This hospital is a mixed story. Most of the staff who work there are dedicated and professional, trying to do their jobs in an atmosphere of continued cutbacks and staff shortages. For these guys, a five star rating should be given.
However, not through the hospitals own fault I suspect, the general condition of the building is deteriorating and is in desperate need of some maintenance and TLC. Car parking is not great and does need to be paid for, but is close to the hospital. There is no parking on the surrounding streets, so if driving there, make allowances.
There are waits here, especially in A&E, but this is due to the inadequate resources rather than the staff themselves, who try hard. Being overworked as they are, I suspect this may lead to the possibility of oversight sometimes?

Friend sent home in the same extreme pain as when admitted ambulance driver who brought him back said he had never taken anyone home in such pain. Nursing staff brilliant medical staff single mindedhaving their own agenda and basically not taking patient seriously.

Walked in to accident and emergency with symptoms of MRSA, didn't look at anything sent me home to my GP. Gave it to my pregnant girlfriend when I got home. Unbelievable. Shocking.

Really filthy, run down dump of a hospital.Looks like a hospital out of a russian war film.

Excellent hospital. Staff try so hard, and very helpful.
