Best pub in a 30 mile radius. Exceptional food and wide selection of beers and wines. My home away from home. They certainly make you feel welcome!

Never disappointed! A beautiful, characterful, warm and friendly place. Food is ALWAYS awesome, there is a great atmosphere and the decor is incredible. A real treat for couples and families 🙂

One of my favourite places to eat.. More so for the location.. It's a chain pub, the Red fox in Thornton hough being another one. The food is good, not the best or the cheapest you'll find around but the people behind the gaff have done their homework when it comes to its location. Top tips it's always very busy, so you will need to book in advance. It's lovely in the summer as the huge outdoor garden overlooks the Welsh hills.. We'll worth a trip out..

Absolutely delicious food.
I chose the chicken parfait with mussels to start -very generous portion (would even do as a light bite if you're not too hungry) and herb crusted hake for main which was beautifully cooked, served with a flavoursome potato crush with capers. With 2 glasses of wine - £30.
Friday eve, place was packed so book ahead. Attentive service and good atmosphere.

Have dined at the Glasfryn a number of times and this visit has been one of the best, can't fault and of the main roast meal of beef and pork. Was perfect in every way and about to try a desert for the first time here, a sticky toffee pudding! My favourite. The menu is more delightful than ever, looking forward to our next visit and would highly recommend.

Sent. Setting is perfect. Pub decor is brilliant. Menu is different from the run of the mill burger pubs, good choice and very tasty. Staff are very attentive and polite. Highly recommend

As a vegetarian, I was pleased to see that I wasn't limited to the standard 'risotto' or some boring salad, but I would have liked to see a few more vege friendly dishes!

Food I had was mediocre. Ordered the mushroom Wellington which was actually very tasty, but it had a sauce over it which tasted a bit acidic.

Venue was very busy when we went and almost felt a little too squashed.

Would eat here again, but not sure I'd be rushing back.

Great standard of food and selection of ales. Nice comfortable surroundings. It does get busy, especially at the weekend. So I would recommend booking in advance.

We called here for lunch on route to our holiday in Wales. Staff could not have been friendlier and our dog received a welcome like no other. A fresh bowl of water all to herself and the offer of doggie-biscuits. Would highly recommend, in fact we enjoyed it so much we called again on the way home.
