Horrible experience with bowling. Had to change lanes 3 times due to faulty equipment. There were only 2 members of staff visible manning the bar, food and bowling amongst other things. Started play after about 45 mins.
Looks like they need to invest in more staff and upkeep of equipment. Lot of potential for this place to be a great family day out... But not as it is now.

With so much space for parking you'd think they'd have space for a disabled parking space but they don't and this seems to set the trend. Every thing is slightly below par they need someone to go round with a keen eye for detail and customer care.

We did dual karting which the kids loved hence why their not getting just 1 star, but the kart was in a very poor state of repair none of the controls worked well.

The playground needed some repair work and maybe some extra safety equipment, a slide pointing at a fence made of angle iron is not a good idea.

And finally the soft play wasn't very clean but that seems to be par for the course for soft plays. Nice animal mural.

Great activities poorly executed.

Only went for lunch but many varied and lively activities on offer. Lunch satisfactory but not outstanding. But loads to do there. Lots of family fun and challenges for all seeking excitement

After and hour ten minutes drive from campsite a very disappointing 1st impression. In need of investment and someone who cares about the customer experience. Staffed by school leavers, that in itself not the problem but training and clear job roles need to be implemented. All seemed muddled and inefficient. Health and safety video watched helmets in place but once on carts staff not paying attention to what's going on on the track. Staff driving around with no helmets, seat belts not on some carts. Poor mechanical condition. Disappointing quads for kids with experience ok for a first timer. Grounds generally in need of TLC. Crazy golf poor in today's market. Water sports area in need of a general tidy up.
Wakeboard tutor very helpful excellent first goes on this but £20 for 15 mins not nearly long enough to get confident. Farm shop non existent except for some sausages in a fridge mostly cheap market gifts.

Total chaos! Lack of staff. Ten pin bowling timings are way out, had to go back 4 times and eventually got to bowl an hour and a half later.
Cafe was busy but again the staff seemed chaotic and disorganised. It"s a shame as this could be a good attraction if more efficient.

Staff were friendly and helpful , place could do with a major uplift to the 21st century (reminded us of life on mars) we ordered some bar snacks (onion rings, cheesey nachos and cheesey chips ) both the chips and nachos left a lot to be desired, cheese slices melted on top of both dishes. Also ordered a cappuccino, now this was disgusting, chocolate poured on the top ( not sprinkled) when I got past that hurdle found the liquid ( really had no taste and looked more like dirty dish water) so left that. Overall it kept the kids entertained, just wouldn't order food again.

Had a nice time with quads bike and carting.

very poor bowling facilities , equipment out off date , no oil on lanes , overall worst ive seen ever , top it all its expensive , avoid avoid

Archery was brilliant although there was a wait for staff to turn up, training was very helpful! Go karting however was disorganised with no health and safety in place. One young girl ended up flipping a go kart ( whilst wearing no helmet)which landed on her own, more staff were needed to watch the younger drivers as this could have been prevented. Good prices and who led the archery was the best bit however the low score is mainly with the waiting and health and safety issues with go karting
