Had a 1st service on my motorhome.

Very pleased with service also fixed a a problem with engine sensor.

Can't say enough about these guys manager gave me lots of information and advise regarding other matters regarding vehicle, many thanks

Receptionist made me a cup of tea from machine while I waited. Great service

As a Fiat Professional dealer i am trying them out for warranty work and servicing my Fiat campervan

shocking service. 2 weeks waiting for minor part to be fixed. Complete lack of contact with update and left waiting around when eventually chased. Do Not use.

Rubbish service as usual from Glenside. Turn up to pick up a part which my husband was told would be in today as ordered on two day turn around.

Left waiting at the counter for ages before anyone asks if I'm being served. (Can see two men on the computer who know I'm there but ignore me). Told they are technicians so can't help. Wait some more. Told it was stock take so stores is busy?!! Not my problem. I want my part. Eventually storeman arrives and says 'we are having a stock take'. I couldn't care less.

Part not ready when I ask why he disappears to the computer. Comes back. Says it won't be in until Tuesday. I say that my husband was told it would be in today. Told again it would be in on Tuesday.



Seems to me that if it was a two day turn around the part wasn't ordered when it should have been.
