We do not use any heat treatment in our honey process, straight from the comb, filtered 3 times through muslin cloth and into the jar, simple! 🐝

We’ve been busy jarring and have some honey available. We’re only selling from the house this year and will not be available at local shops. Hope to see you soon! 🐝

Well it’s been a while...but today this came in the post...(my trusted suit has disappeared) All the garden bees 🐝 have been “sorted” today! Note to self...don’t forget you put a swarm in a full size hive with only 4 frames...🤦‍♂️ We will have a limited amount of honey in the next 2 weeks! I’ll update as soon as it’s ready! 🐝 🍯

The heather honey press (it's a fruit press really 🍎) has arrived and we can finally filter the last of our honey. This batch is a mixture of mainly heather and multi floral. Quite strong in smell and taste. We will be jarring this before the weekend and this will be the last of our honey until the season begins in spring/summer. Please get any orders in now as this won't last long.
