Glyn Abbey Gym is unbelievably well equipped with a wide range of Cybex Resistance Machines, Free Weights Area with Dumbells up to 50kg, Heavy Weights Room with a Squat Rack, Bench Press, Smith Machine, and Leg Press, and a designated Cardio Area with Precor treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, steppers and 2 widescreen TV's.
