Parties - Bespoke party food prepared, including specific needs, e. g. dietary requirements (gluten, dairy), vegetarian, vegan, healthy choices, low fat. Local /British /seasonal produce used where possible.
Prices range from £6. 00-£8. 00 /head. Also a small selection of birthday cakes available to suit to guests' needs.

Meal planning - Home consultations, bespoke meal planning packs to support budget planning, family meal planning, healthy living, dietary issues. Prices vary, consultation required.
Monthly /three monthly rolling plans available (£12 /month with initial consultation fee refunded).


Cooking demos - Bread making, large meal prep', slow cooker meals, leftovers, limiting food waste. Maximum of 6 people per session.
