At GOAL Coaching we offer a range of fantastic football courses in Cardiff and surrounding areas for boys and girls of all abilities.

GOAL Coaching was co-founded by ex-professional footballers Lee Jarman, Tom Ramasut and Allan Clarke who between them have vast experience in both playing and coaching football.

GOAL Coaching is a unique service that brings professional academy coaches from professional clubs into YOUR local community.

At GOAL Coaching we offer a range of fantastic football courses in Cardiff and surrounding areas for boys and girls of all abilities, even those completely new to football aged between 6 to 14 years.

GOAL Coaching courses are developed to provide players with the platform to be taught all the fundamental aspects of the game without detracting from fun and enjoyment, which is our main priority.

We pride ourselves on our football coaching techniques and believe that what we offer reflects our commitment towards youth development offering inspirational and aspirational activities for players at all times.

All our football courses and services are directed to the age of the participant and our sessions are challenging but achievable, guaranteeing that each child leaves our environment with raised self-esteem and most importantly experiencing fun and enjoyment.

GOAL Coaching are experienced at coaching children from beginners level to elite development level. We offer a unique service offering a player evaluation report from which we will discuss with you and your child, the area of development GOAL Coaching feel you require. The report provides reflective feedback on courses and players achievements. Not only will we look at developing the strengths of your child, but most importantly, addressing the weaknesses in their game by producing a structured training programme to give positive and lasting results.

We also offer 1 to 1 individual personalised coaching to enhance and further develop a players skills. These sessions are tailored to the player’s individual needs, from developing basic technical skills with a young player to an advanced level, enhancing the player’s chances of getting a trial at a professional youth academy.

All GOAL Coaching football coaches are FAW qualified, fully insured, CRB checked, trained in child protection and Emergency First Aid.
