lady on the phone was polite but food took over 2 and a half hours to be delivered and when it finally arrived the delivery driver was very rude and not apologetic and laughed....very close to having the food chucked in his face

Just having a delivery now to a 2nd floor flat and had a phone call to say they won't deliver to the door??? Got to walk down stairs to get delivery. Poor service. Won't be using again.
