Forgot my prawn crackers, I asked for compensation, they said we'll deliver them free!! Won't be going back.

Order was 40 minutes late. Called to ask why and woman replied with "I know"! Not a care in the world! Shocking service.

Ordered food off Just Eat App, estimated delivery was given which they added an extra 10 minutes to. Food didn't arrive at all, when we phoned up to question them as to where our food was they kept telling us they'd phone the driver to find out then phone back to let us know. They never phoned back, we had to keep chasing them up, in the end they blamed just eat and that apparently they didn't receive the order yet they knew our order and our details. They insisted we still pay full price, to which we replied, we would take our custom elsewhere.

In the end we ordered from Kam Hong in Beddau which was almost half the price of Golden Palace and absolutely delicious.

Avoid Golden Palace, very bad customer service!

Ordered delivery came hour 1/2 later then driver tried to charge nearly double the price. When shown menu and prices says no this is right price so I wouldn't pay it. Phoned them asked to speak to boss asked how it was so expensive,not same price according to menu told menu and prices have changed even though I only had menu last week and then said prices have gone up because of holidays!!!! What holidays??? Then driver brought food back and said we could have a discount. Told him we don't want it, ordered from another Chinese same food £10 less. Never order from these again. Con artists.

Not a bad meal, rice and chicken balls were nice, curry was tasty but the chips were a bit cold, will try again

TERRIBLE! CONS! THIEVES! We were delivered our food an hour later with ONLY HALF of our orders worth. We received the wrong order and called them only to be shouted at by a very obnoxious man and hanged up on! Appalling attitude and very unprofessional. We requested our money back for what we didn't receive only to have to wait a further two hours (multiple telephone calls back and forth)for our money back and they didn't want to refund the balance. A Saturday night meal was ruined terribly. Never use these conniving unprofessional thugs again!!!!! 0 RATING SORRY -10 RATING! I ONLY PUT ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T LET ME POST WITHOUT AT LEAST A STAR.

Absoultly rude towards customers get your order wrong and deny it try phoning and they put the phone down food is always delieveres cold

Staff are disrespectful towards you on the phone mess your order up and phone them to say and they hang up and say its not their fault always deliver food cold too
