As a local business, we try as hard as possible to support the local community who support us. We do this mostly through charitable donations and running charity events. This includes our upcoming afternoon tea in aid of MYMY and Daisy lodge cancer home for kids. On top of this, especially this time of year, we get a lot of requests of donations for raffles, auctions etc and unfortunately w...e can’t commit to them all. We hate saying no, so this year we are doing something different. Up for grabs we have 5 afternoon tea vouchers for two people. So if you are in involved in a charity, school, community group etc call in before the 30th of November and give us the details. Simple. Please note this is not a like and share competition, you must call in person. But certainly tag anyone this may apply to. It goes without saying these are for genuine fundraising events only. We went for my daughters 40th birthday family meal the food was lovely as allways and the staff went out of there way to make it a lovely night for us we all loved how you played happy birthday when you brought the cake in that just made it for us we all had a great night even the children were treated like real people not like somthing you have to put up with lol

We just had my mother in laws 85th birthday dinner at the golf links! The food was first class with massive portions. Everyone really enjoyed it. Paddy & staff were brilliant and very helpful. We will definitely be back soon! Highly recommend for a family gathering or just a meal out! Thank you very much.

The Golf Links Guest House is excellent and food is always good and plenty of it. Staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and go above and beyond their duties. A special shout out to Peter who makes everyone's stay even more special. Definitely recommend This Place and truly worth 5*

My family and I stayed recently here and it was wonderful. Very friendly staff (especially Adam who was fantastic) and very welcoming. As for the food it is amazing top class. �Highly recommended place to stay and we most certainly will be back again.

My Sister (visiting for the 1st time since emigrating to Australia nearly 2 years ago) and I stayed at Golf Links from Monday 5th to Tuesday 6th, very pleasant wee break together, sat and chatted with Eileen on the Monday night and had a bit of craic, really enjoyed ourselves, clean spacious room, everyone so pleasant and a scrumptous breakfast that kept us going most of the day.

Love this wee place my partner and I always have such a lovely relaxing stay with a great atmosphere and great food Eileen and her staff are so welcoming �

Just home from one of the best meals I’ve ever had anywhere!! The food was out of this world and I would give 10 stars for service, presentation and flavours!!

My taste buds were in heaven. There were four of us, we all had something different and none of us were disappointed in any way. It was exceptional and I would not hesitate in recommending this place if you want delicious food.

I also tried the new Magners cider, ‘Outcider’ and it is lush!

I had arranged a surprise 50th birthday party for my mum. Paddy and Peter couldn’t have been more helpful making sure everything ran to plan. Food was amazing and venue was fab. Everyone had a brilliant night. Thankyou!

Called in tonight for dinner and loved it. Food couldn’t be faulted and the staff were all so friendly and chatty. This was our first visit and we’ll definitely be back!

Just home after a two night stay the place was comfortable warm and clean food was good and we were looked after by very pleasant staff will be back

Just had a lovely meal in the bar restaurant, highly recommend it as good quality and good value food and the staff that served were really nice and friendly, will definitely be back �

We were there yesterday for a late lunch, food was beautiful, real comfort food, but i marked off stars because we were ushered into the bar rather than the restaurant, the same thing happened last time, and we had to wait some time until somebody took our food and drink order, it was very quiet so there was no excuse, at one stage we were going to leave because we waited so long, the food was amazing though

Went today, food was lovely. Service was good. However we thought it was very expensive. When we left we realised that we were even charged for a side plate we had asked for to feed a baby. Thats an EMPTY side plate. No food on it. Wont be back in a hurry.
