Treforest Learning Curve worked in partnership with Pontypridd Fire Station to create a music video on fire safety. Participants re wrote the words to Ring of Fire by Johnny Cash to talk about fire safety issues which they can relate to. Watch it now!

Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Sant Hapus! Happy St David's Day!
On Friday, Pontypridd White Watch and our specialist Wildfire Team continued the collaborative work of the Service, beginning a special project with the Neighbourhood Policing Team at South Wales Police. The project aims to help reduce deliberate fire setting and in particular grass fires on the Graig Mountain, Pontypridd.
The machine being used is called an icutter and it will help us create fire breaks preventing the spread of wildfires.
Ddydd Gwener roedd Gwylfa Wen Pontypridd a’n Tîm Tanau Gwyllt arbenigol yn parhau i weithio ar y cyd â’n partneriaid i gyflawni gwaith y Gwasanaeth, gan gychwyn prosiect arbennig gyda Thîm o Heddlu De Cymru, sef yr heddlu cyfagos. Nod y prosiect yw lleihau gosod tanau bwriadol yn enwedig tanau glaswellt ar Fynydd y Graig, Pontypridd.
