Gorseinon Karate Club

We are a local Karate club in the Gorseinon area. Self-esteem is your child’s greatest weapon against adopting an unhealthy life style. With positive self-esteem, they will have the courage and discipline to say No to inappropriate activities. Many parents have attributed improved performance at school as a direct result of disciplines learnt at our classes. Our syllabus includes learning the basic punches, kicks and blocks that are essential to Karate, but also to learn about self-discipline, focus, concentration and respect. Your child will learn balance, speed, teamwork and other life skills. It encourages children to become more confident with improved concentration and listening skills, which will enhance positive development in a fun and motivational way, which can help them become better students at school, better listeners at home and more ambitious towards the future.
