Govilon Activity Centre

Govilon Activity Centre is a not-for-profit, providing exciting outdoor activities in the wild and homely accommodation in a charming Victorian building.

Our aim is to provide everyone who visits us with a safe, educational and enjoyable experience. We use a variety of traditional Outdoor Education methods and couple these with the residential experience of living and working together, to define our exciting programmes.

We approach our programmes in a non-confrontational, friendly and supportive way. Participants are never pushed into any situation with which they are uncomfortable. Each activity or challenge is explained and agreed in advance and anyone may opt out. We encourage young people to challenge themselves and reach goals they could not imagine possible.

These valuable experiences often stay with us for life.
