Not impressed-took my bike in with a "clunk" coming from the cranks.Guy looked it over and said " dont worry,we will find and fix it".Received a text 2 days later to say all sorted-changed headset bearings and BB bearing at a cost of £68.Jumped on to ride home only to find the exact same problem still happening.Took the bike back and this time,the guy took it for a ride and said its coming from the drive train(so they obviously didnt do this the first time of asking!!!)...To be fair to him,he cracked on and 2 hours later found the problem to be the split link on my chain.Fitted a new one and aforementioned clunk vanished(so the £68 bearing change obviously wasnt the' cause of the problem,but never mind eh??).Took my bike out for the first time since being "repaired" only to find the chain jumping off the cassette on every revolution.Upon checking,found one of the links has spread and I will now require a new chain.

So all in all,£68 to unneccessarily change 2 bearings and now I need a new chain.Can hardly recommend them after this can I??
