I discovered Graig Farm quite by accident 4 years age. Johnathan was in the farm yard and we got talking. He offered me 2 lamb steaks to try. It was the best lamb I had ever tasted. I have been buying meat ever since and have never had any sub standard meat. It is top quality organically produced meat. Not the cheapest, but certainly second to none. Highly recommended

We have been using Graig Farm for 3+ years now, their meat is excellent quality and the one problem we've had with them was rectified immediately. We're very happy with the products and service, I've not found any nicer organic chicken or beef steak anywhere else online.

Bought stuffing mix from them which was out of date by over a year! I was unable to source a replacement from anywhere local as the shops were closed for Christmas at the time. I emailed Jonathan Rees several times but had no response or refund. Unsatisfactory quality checks and zero customer service from this place. 8 months later they still bombard my emails with their offers though! I have no trust in them or their products and will never buy from them again. AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you want stuffing mix (and who knows what other consumables) which are out of date by over a year!

We have used them for a decade and find them to be honest and helpful; their prices we think are fair. On several occasions I have phoned them with queries and always been satisfied by their response. I once complained about the website information which wasn’t clear as to what was gluten free amongst their meats that can be bought marinated and within a relatively short time they had amended the website. They also seem to have moved towards having more gluten-free items.

Have been using Graig for over 12 years. Always had superb service. Organic meat, veg, and fish at very good prices, free delivery over £50, and knowledgeable and helpful people.

Smoked bacon is gorgeous. Render rinds and fat down for crunchy nibbles and lovely bacon fat to fry other things. Butterflied leg of lamb will melt in your mouth.

BEWARE YOU CAN'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Look at the other 1* review and you'll see the same experience as mine. If they decide after they've delivered that they wanted to charge you more - they just take it off your debit card without permission. They took £25 off my card after my Christmas turkey was delivered because they decided they needed some more money. Disgraceful!

Not only this, but the imbeciles couldn't even do it properly and accidentally took £2,500 from my card instead of £25.00! It's a good job there was money in my account as it would have ruined Christmas if I had no money because of them.

I think it's disgusting that they think they can dip into your account whenever they like without permission.

There are PLENTY of other organic meat vendors online. I was suggest to anyone reading this to use one of the others - and if you have already used these people - check your bank statement daily - as they could take money out at any time they feel they need a few quid!

recently had my first order and i wasn't disappointed! called the office to modify some of the produce and was met with a super friendly and knowledgeable voice at the end of the line, my order arrived in good condition with no problems, the produce itself was delicious, I'm not a hardened organic only consumer but I hold my hands up, I genuinely tasted the difference, definately ordering again
