I ordered from Cardiff and was able to arrange everything over the phone with the sales person Emyr. He was very helpful sorted it all quickly.

As soon as I arrived to get the vehicle, it was ready to go on the forecourt and I was away within minutes. Good service and I have had no issues with the car (purchased 3 months ago). I'd recommend buying here.

It took a fairly long time to finally receive our Renault trafic sport but when it arrived in the country things went very smoothly and we took delivery pleased with the service and our new vehicle. The only thing that has let the service down is the lack of mats in the van. All the vehicles we have purchased from new have always had the mats included in the purchase price. apart from this all went well

Excellent customer service by all staff from start to finish. I have purchased many cars in the past from well known dealerships however i would highly recommend Gravells Renault kidwelly as being one of the top ones. Gareth Postlethwaite dealt with the purchase of my Lovely Renault Megane Convertible & i would definately consider buying another car from them in the future. A☆☆☆☆☆

What an awful place it's not even a Renault dealership it's a fake. Rip off cowboys.
