Here at Great Fitness we operate alongside Great Escape where we bring you an environment like no other to train in.

The gym is a private club where members are always made to feel welcome and we aim to help you along with your training. The gym is a limited membership set up to avoid overcrowding. The former cinema hosts the finest and most up to date fitness equipment.

We also have a spa facility with a sauna and hot tub to relax in after your training. Our aim is to provide you with the correct knowledge for your training to assist you on your way to your fitness goals, with the spa allowing you to relax and unwind whilst aiding your recovery.
