Great Orme Mines

Very interesting place to visit has had alot of work done on it over the last few years plenty of information on the history of the place an interesting to look around at your own pace. Freindly staff very safe place and good value for money ideal for kids, especially when you tell them 3000 years back they could have been down there themselves with a bone and a candle mining

Great historical site. Have been here a few times and they've opened up even more of the mine since my last visit. Some may not find it suitable due to narrow walkways, low ceilings and low lighting. However, I'd recommend a visit if you're near the Greater Orme.

All the years I have walked and driven past the Great Orme Mines! Not today, very informative & you will need your hard hat! Provided of course.

Fantastic place, incredible attraction. Definitely go along. Take your time, when in the mine especially, look at the old ancient chisle marks. There were loads of families just walking past stuff just enjoying going through the caves however this meant; 1 they went through fairly quickly 2, they missed all the little bits and details. Definitely take the family, read all the information boards and take the experience and facts in. You can also part with your money at the gift shop which is full of lovely trinkets. There is tea/coffee and snacks there as well and a second hand book shop. Definitely worth a visit!!

What can I say.... AMAZING PLACE. It was one of my high lights of my trip to Wales. So much history and fun, loved it
