We've visited twice now and recommend to everyone. Visited the first week of June with a 1 and 5 year old and was lucky to have perfect weather meaning we spent lots of time on the beautiful beach. Tons for the kids to do on the well maintained site whatever the weather, and plenty nice places to visit in the area. All of the staff we encountered were so friendly and help make your stay enjoyable. Can't wait to return!

We recently bought a caravan on Greenacres and we love it! Best thing we’ve ever done. Staff are friendly and always helpful and we’ve got to know them quite well over the years as renters and now we are owners, they help us if there’s issues and are really good at what they do! Nothing is too much trouble. 😊

We have been coming to Greenacres now for the last 9 years and have booked again to stay in June 2018 . This is a fantastic place for both kids and Adults and there is so much to do and see whether you chose to stay on the park and use the facilities on site which includes a indoor pool or explore the local sites and attractions. If you have children under the age of 6 I would recommend a visit to Gypsy Wood which if you child is into trains and fairies they will love this place and there is even a few farmyard animals thrown in. I used to visit Greenacres as a child so the fact that I now bring my children is why I call this my second home.

User

This is the 3rd time we have visited north wales, but first time to a haven. Our 3 year old daughter loved it, so did we!! We will definitely be going to more havens over the country. Thank you for doing a great job Greenacres, and if we do come back to north wales we would definitely come back here. X

Staying in a deluxe caravan for a long weekend and don’t even want to go home! It’s absolutely brilliant here all staff super friendly and helpful, our dog got out but security looked after him until we realised he’d gone! Entertainment is brilliant, I love how it alternates through the night right into late hours to keep children entertained. It’s not a kids in the daytime, adults only night time, which I’ve never experienced before! So much to do! Great amount of arcade games for kids to play on. Big, clean and well staffed pool area. Mash and barrel restaurant, simply amazing food, staff friendly and food absolutely delicious! It gets super busy in there but attentive staff. Definately going to return!

User

Our second time visiting with our touring caravan. The touring site is only a few years old, the road is tarmac, pitches are hard standing & fully serviced. Toilets & pot wash area is always clean. Facilities in complex as you’d expect with any Haven site. However views are spectacular & quick walk gets you to the most stunning beach & sand dunes. Gentleman who looks after the touring part is so friendly & welcome too!!! Well worth the 4 hour drive!!!

User

Only spent one night here as it was all that was available for touring. Toilets were great, very clean and the shower cubicles were fantastic with it split into two. One section was a proper step in shower and the second section had a fold up chair and somewhere to hang your clothes. Presthaven site could learn a lot from this site. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the touring warden. The touring area was close to the entertainment complex. Will definitely come back here in the future for longer.

User

Love it here. So many things to doo and see and it’s a great base camp for venturing out as in 40mins in every direction there is loads to doo. *****

User

Just returned from our holiday at Haven Greenacres (Mon-Fri)... Fab place which is so close to the sea front :) When we arrived they have upgraded us for free from a 2 bed to a 3 bed caravan... Bonus! Its a 5 minute drive to a big Tesco, the mini market onsite is expensive we thought. Theres a chippy and restaurant on site too and local takeaways close by. Would go back again x

User

Just returned from a midweek break @ Greenacres. The park is set in beautiful countryside next to a sandy beach. It seemed to have been recently renovated, everything was very clean, the caravan was warm & comfortable with all mod cons, bedding new.

The entertainment was varied, plenty of choice in the restaurant, children had lots

to keep them occupied all day with helpful staff always available to assist.

Will certainly go again.

User

I've been to this park several times over the past 10 years but this was the first time with our two children (ages 4 and 2) and it was brilliant. The caravan we stayed in was amazing. Very modern, clean and with central heating. Kids entertainment good and especially liked the bug hunting and donkey rides. The beach is so close to the park and we were lucky to have a sunny day to enjoy it. Lots of things to do locally too. The food in the onsite pub/restaurant was a bit pricey though, but as expected on Haven sites. Could have done with more staff on reception at check in time (after 3pm) as queued for nearly an hour to get keys.

User

Being popping to this sight for a few years now , last year between popping over on the bikes and a couple times in the car , we just simply think it is great , around 7::: 8 mind walk from most caravans you are on the beach 🏖 all the staff well , just brill . I really do not think you can get a better park , very clean all round etc give it s go 👍

User

Always have a fantastic time here, staff are so welcoming and look after you, pitches are so neat and tidy. Would recommend a visit

User

We come back to greenacres as a family I was a little girl last time 1st we came & now this time i came back with my own little girl, we had a fantastic time and my 2 year old loved every minute! Lots for her to do, she enjoyed the entertainment at a night time! Brilliant holiday! Only problems I had was the lighting walking back to camp at night I struggled with my pram and had to walk with a phone light as so badly Lit, the toilets on the second night of our stay were absolutely disgusting & I refused to take my daughter in there so chose to use the disabled toilet, no soap in the dispensers. 1st night toilets were lovely and clean so not sure what happened the second night! But overall a fantastic break away and lovely memories mad! Will definitely be returning! Thank you :)

User

Our first time in north Wales pos won't visit again as over 200 miles from where we live the site is wonderful and the staff we had a easy access van as I survived a stroke 2 months ago the wet room in the van was awesome and

Everywhere was suited if I needed the wheelchair we are at the mash and barrel very nice food would recommend a holiday here especially if you need to entertain children as there seamed to be openly for them to do Thank you everyone at greenacres for a lovely break xx

User

I stayed at your Holiday park in no.8 Narcissus

For the week of 15th to the 22nd June 2018.

Two small complaints, I feel it is not enough to only have one toilet roll for two toilets for the whole week, it should have one for each toilet at least as a bare minimum.

The second was that there was no toilet brush for either of the toilets, this should be a standard item.

Other than that it was a nice stay. Peter Allen.

User

The caravan and park are lovely most staff are great but would recommend only spending the weekend as it’s a boring week of entertainment as the fun stars only seem to do anything with the visitor and kids on a weekend disappointing

User

Lovely resort and fantastic beach and friendly Haven Reps. The only thing that could be improved was that the outside area from the restaurant was regularly had dirty tables and filled ash trays from the night before and the main restaurant Mash & Barrel was incredibly hot as air con not working. Not only was this not nice for us eating but felt very sorry to the staff serving. Would return again and hopefully these issues would have been resolved.

What can I say after working at this place? Oh yes where shall I start. Its an ok company to work for. They make you work stupid hours and for pay so basic id rather wash dished. The food really is nothing special and management are sad! I've been told I can't go back to the park at all because I couldn't work my notice due to unforseen circumstances and parted on what I thought was good terms but boy was I wrong. Id save you money and go to haven or another park all together. The arcade is no bigger than the car park, the soft play couldn't even fit 2 children in its so small. AVOID!
