My dog escaped on a bank holiday Monday. He was was picked up by the dog warden and taken to greenfeilds. Now being a bank holiday I was unable to ring the council or the kennels as the lines were shut. However at 9am on the Tuesday morning I rung greenfeilds. I described my dog to the lady to ensure told no he wasn't there. I searched all day for the dog and then rung greenfeilds back at 3pm. Yet again I was told no he wasn't there. I then rung the dog warden who informed he was in fact in greenfeilds and had been taken there bank holiday Monday!!! They told me on two separate occasions that my dog wasn't not there. When I rung back and told them I knew my.dog was there and had a reference number her attitude was foul. Not only did she lie and try keeping me from my dog she couldn't even apologise. Due to not finding the dog was there until they were closing I was then forced to pay for an extra night stay even though they had blatantly lied to me 2ce that day. When I went to collect my dog the cage he was staying in was appalling. There's was hardly any shelter for the dog. It was cold and wet. And now my poor dog has kennel cough. What an absolute disgrace of a place

we have used greenfields for our dog molly every yr with no complaints molly loves being there this yr we took our 2 yorkie pups with us too and they enjoyed every minute of it they will be booked in fot this oct too and she gives a brilliant discount as there were 3 dogs going in we know we can go in and our dogs are safe in their hands and u can book in at short notice

We have used the services of Greenfields Boarding Kennels on several occasions and have found them to be very accommodating and helpful. They were able to have our dog at short notice and even when we were desperate. I would heartily recommend these lovely people who have made separation bearable by caring so well for our beloved dog.
