I've had an iPhone screen replaced down here and it was all good! I then recommended someone to get there iPhone screen done and the Touch ID button was working perfectly.. we had the screen repaired and tried the Touch ID and it wouldn't work, took the phone back down and they refused to take responsibility for the Touch ID not working and when we asked what needed to be done they didn't know how to fix it! Someone else I know just took there phone down to get it unlocked and they now said their sim reader is broken! I don't understand how all these things are going wrong when they were okay to start with?? I wouldn't advise anyone to go here!

Im really impressed, I smashed my phone and lost all my data. They fixed it and retrieved the data and I had my phone back all within 2 hours. Plus they were £30 cheaper than voda

I had my iphone screen replaced with green point, fast service but a week later the screen began to come loose, took it back they fixed it within a hour then 2 days later it came loose again, took it back AGAIN, fixed within a hour, 2 weeks later its loose once again and the home button rattles. Refusing to waste my time and money by travelling to green point again instead ill use the apple store that is cheaper and hopefully a permanent fix.

Excellent screen replacement on my Windows phone, much better than an earlier one I'd had done elsewhere. The phone is like new! Well done Greenpoint IT, will be recommending your service. Already planning to take the boy's tablet over to be fixed...

Amazing and friendly service, dropped my phone off at 2, was ready by close and they even stayed open a bit later so I could collect the same day, they really go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend them for any repairs and wouldnt even think twice about going back.
