Greggs Plc

I was shocked at the rudeness of the member of staff who served me. In fact, her attitude was so poor I complained constructively and politely to management, who didn't want to know. No customer service ethos, it would seem.

I have bought my lunch at Greggs Carmarthen for a number of years now
always serve fresh food I am addicted to their white chocolate chip cookies. The Staff are first class always helpful and friendly.

Although it's now busier than ever, the service is still great and staff are happy to help.

Decided to sit in, food was okay for what you pay for. Seating area was a total mess people's old paper bags and used napkins all over the floor. Better cleaning needed.

Not used the cafe. I have only it as a takeaway, friendly staff, delicious pastie's

Slow and realistically expensive. They charge more to sit in but don't give a true sit in service

New cafe in town. Selling all the usual Greggs food but with the convenience of being able to sit inside.

It used to be good but now serves poor food and beverages. We were served a cold, hard slice of pizza. I gave some to the pigeons and even they couldn't manage to eat it.
