GRT. Sports Massage is run by Gabrielle Thomas, a qualified and fully insured sports rehabilitation therapist specialising in sports and deep tissue massage.

Gabrielle has registration and full membership with the SMA (Sports Massage Association) - The Assaociation for Soft Tissue Therapists, with a Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage and BSc honours degree in Sport Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage.

Currently the sports rehabilitation therapist for C. I. A. C RFC and working as part of Team #REPT offering sports massage and injury advice to clients of Ryan Evans and Gemma Sullivan.

Gabrielle was the sole sports massage practitioner responsible for massage at the 2015 Cardiff Velathon and sports massage therapist to the Cardiff Devils Ice Hockey Team for the 2014 /15 season.


Based at Peak Physique Gym on Newport Road Cardiff or home visits may be arranged in the Cardiff area.
