Grwp Preswylwyr Sychnant Residents Group

This group has been created in response to a planning application to build almost a 100 houses in the fields west of Parc Sychnant.

In 2008 and again in 2015 a planning application has ben submitted by Beech Developments to build a 100 houses in fields in the Sychnant Pass area, behind Parc Sychnant. As a group, we oppose these plans to build in such a beautiful and unique area. Not only are they but meters away from the Snowdonia National Park but the fields have a special designation under the Conwy LDP as being a Special Landscape Area and therefore would be completely inappropriate to build such a large development here. The land ought to be protected and remain agricultural and wildlife friendly.
We oppose this development.
