the paneer was one of the best meals i’ve ever had in my life � friendliest staff and who go out of their way to accomodate to tastes and myself being vegetarian! need to go back ASAP & would encourage everyone to try!!

Staying in Abergavenny, so looked for gluten free food for my husband. Found this place with really good reviews. I am so pleased that it was as good as the reviews. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about gluten free options. The food was delicious, especially the sizzling Gurkhali chicken. Wish it was closer to home!
My wife and I had a fantastic meal ,i had the Khorsani Chicken Curry extra hot which was requested was beautiful and cooked to perfecition,my wife had the Chicken Tikka with the Banda Seemi side which she said was delicious,the waitress was excellent and the service was of a very high standard we shall be returning to this restaurant some time soon

Excellent food
Even at the end of Abergavenny Food Festival weekend we had great food and super service from Gurkha Corner.
Ceri and I went along on sunday evening,our 3 rd visit,and absolutely love the menu and the friendly atmosphere,the staff are very polite and obliging.We always see someone we know in there,and there's never a rush to leave,fully recommended.
Celebrated our neighbours 50th Birthday at the Gurkha, our first visit there. Food was outstanding, staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough. Definitely recommend.
Came here for a joint birthday, mine & my wife's. Excellent food and great service. Easily one of the best meals I've ever had. Portion sizes were good and we left feeling content but not feeling stuffed.
Beautiful food and cocktails had by my wife Victoria and myself on our one year anniversary weekend. Excellent service and communication, the proprietor actually took the time to come and have a conversation with us. After we left we were stood in a shop doorway out of the cold waiting for a taxi back to our hotel. As the proprietor came out he offered to give us a lift back there so we gladly accepted. That's what I call going above and beyond for your customers. Highly recommended
