We produce and sell raw, pro-biotic fermented sauerkraut. At the moment we make 6 different flavours and sometimes an extra seasonal special. These are Kimchi, Chipotle, Beetroot & Ginger, Caraway & Dill, Pineapple & Turmeric and Seasweed & Kale. Our products are completely natural, live and handmade in small batches and Suitable for vegans.

At Sauer Power we try to grow as many ingreidients our selves as we run a small community garden, Gaia's Garden. We have good links and friendships with local growers and use produce grown by them when ever possible.

We believe strongly in keeping our carbon foot print as low as we possibly can and use British made glass jars to sell our products. The growing awareness in the need to recycle and be sustainable is slowly growing. Its great to see our customers returning the jars and playing their part in our low carbon ethos.
