Ample parking, soft grass to set up tent, flush toilets and paper. It rained the whole time we were there, we decided to leave early and were refunded for thar night! Fantastic customer service.

Great camp site. Conveniently located next to tryfan, usually clean with the odd area of sheep poo (so be careful where you pitch your tent), being coming to the campsite for years. Highly recommend it, there are a few camp rules. As of September 2017 cost for camping is £6.00 per person per night.

A shop on site selling local products and produce would be great.

Highly recommend this campsite, I have been coming here for years and each time it's has improved. Owners are friendly, I believe the campsite is now ran by the previous owners son and daughter inlaw. The standards have been consistent.

Keep up the good work. See you soon.

Stayed here with my wife and brother in law for two nights to climb snowdon. Site has everything you need showers are ok token operation is a bit annoying 50p for 5 mins . Owners seem nice and let us have a fire pit on site which kept us warm . Loved having the geese and hens running around the campsite . Bit windy on this campsite so be careful how you pitch your tent .

I brought my daughters here with their friend, the site is easy to find and incredibly relaxed. There's some minor requests from the owners to maintain the quiet and clean environnent and lots to do. I wanted to get the bus to Snowdon Pyg Track and they did their best to try and help me.
We were lucky to have a clear night so could watch the stars - you get a beautiful view from every angle. There's heaps of space and some pleasant walks on their farm. It is a working farm so I completely understand their 'no dog rule' and have sheep ourselves so agree it is needed.
I've stayed at some wild camping sites before many let me down on their facilities, this site doesn't..... it's clean.... yay!
At £6 pppn it's great value.
I'll come again in a blink

Kitchen, toilets (clean if chilly), showers and hookups all good. Friendly hosts. Awesome location

Nice site. Very pretty location on a working farm. Basic but adequate. Have to ring doorbell for a shower token which can be inconvenient.

User

Spacious, low cost campsite with amenities and fantastic views.

Watch out for the midges if you camp by the stream (we did and I'm still itchy) and note that on arrival you should head up to the house and ring the bell on the small white door round the back to pay the owner and get a pitch.

The ground was generally uneven but soft and not too stony. There are toilets, fresh water and showers available, and all were clean. The other campers were very amiable and quiet.

The campsite is quite far from any pubs - you'll have to drive to get some dinner or a drink, but you are very close to a number of good walks, and you have some very good views of the local hills, including Tryfan.
