Great evening last night at the @mpctacademy awards evening where we picked up a recognition award for our involvement on the apprenticeship scheme. We currently have provided training for Tom, Cerys, Owen and George through the apprentice scheme in the last 10 months and have seen a massive increase in knowledge, competence and confidence with the instructors as a result. I couldnвҖҷt recommend MPCT more. Also, massive congratulations to Cerys who was nominated for вҖҳApprentice of the YearвҖҷ having progressed through her Level 2 with ease along with numerous fitness class courses and is now beginning her NVQ. We are all very proud of you! Cerys runs the вҖҳBody RocksвҖҷ class every Wednesday at 10am!

Love this gym, really good vibe, no egos, everyone friendly, as a woman in the free weights area I don't feel intimidated in the slightest, excellent range of equipment, and looking good with the changes being made - 5 stars guys!....one problem it's in Bridgend and I live in Cardiff рҹҳӮрҹҳӮ

I've been going to Rage for a few weeks now!!! It's a lovely friendly gym, I never feel uncomfortable there. The staff are very welcoming and very knowledgable about all aspects of the gym equipment etc... they also have a great class called Battlefit twice a week which is awesome!!! I would definitely recommend this gym!!!

I'm in need of a gym buddy for 2014. I'm out of shape ex regular and need some one to motivate me. If some one is reliant on me it will ensure I get to the gym.
