At Gymnastic Studios we are passionate about gymnastics. With over 25 years of experience we understand the health benefits and long term gains of participating in Gymnastics. We provide high quality structured sessions, within a fun, safe and stimulating environment. Gymnastics is where sport begins and gymnasts gain confidence, self-esteem and fundamental movement skills. We follow the Sports Council for Wales initiative that every child should be physically literate by the age of 7.

Classes are action packed, fun, fast moving and varied. We work hard to meet individual needs of the gymnasts, work towards their goals and retain them within the sport.

After school clubs
Sessions are tailored for 4 - 13 year olds developing fundamental gymnastic movement and advanced recreational skills. Sessions improve body conditioning, body confidence and physical literacy. The classes are action packed, with queue busting side stations and lots and lots of fun. The programme varies regularly to keep the children engaged and stimulated. Each child is treated individually and the programme is tailored to their needs and aspirations. Medals are awarded to the male and female 'Gymnast of the Term' in each class to reward children for their effort. Children also work towards the British Gymnastic Proficiency Awards.

Parent friendly
At Gymnastic Studios we have an open door policy. If the school has enough space, we welcome parents and carers to view the sessions and watch their child's progress.
