Absolutely appalled by the way I was dealt with. I agreed on having the glass replaced on my watch however was charged 5 times the price. I spoke with the manager, Mike, on the phone and also the assistant manager in store today. Despite it being a complete and utter failure in communication on their part, they could only offer a 10% discount off the final price.

If I could give lower than one star, I would. If you need a watch repaired by H Samuel, best prepare yourself for the possibility of paying five times the quoted price!

Sometimes have to ask staff for help, sometimes they are great and come to you, sometimes need a bit of encouragement

Went in to purchase some earrings and didn't really know where to find them. I stood by three ladies for about ten minutes who worked there... In hope they would acknowledge me but unfortunately I was bored with talk of one of the staffs ex and that went on for so long I had to leave.... At one point a lady came from out the back of the shop looked a bit more senior so I though oh she will do something now.... She did she brought tea and coffee to join in with the staff gossip.... Really bad customer service

Polite and helpful staff

I have found other sites online that sell better quality at a lower price. Went into the store, the sales person tried to: Tell me silver is often preferred by women to white gold, as it's "better". Also, she was under the impression that white gold is actually yellow gold cover in a layer of silver. Both of these I know is wrong. Be warned, these guys are for the SELL and not much else!
