First time going there and service very good the food was brilliant we had salmon and steak and ale pie couldn't fault it , very oldy worldy but beautiful inside staff very helpful .

It's the tea shoppe lost in time but all the better for it! Loved the "cake table" and the staff uniforms. Beautiful Earl Grey tea

20 years ago best place in duno went every time we went at least 100+ times spent hundreds of pounds there you go to Llandudno you go to habit its what we always did we took family and friends there when they were holidaying in north wales we were regulars. Then 5 years ago we went on a week day very different experience waitresses sat down by coffee machine with all their boyfriend's completely ignoring customers just one old woman working her arse off while the rest of them did nothing at about 6 tables ( 12 customers) 6 each side on some of these tables across middle of restaurant were just left waiting they didn't ask for orders this lasted for upto one hour trying to get them to leave there boyfriends and give you your bill was impossible it was totally a different experience never been back since I HAVE ONLY GIVEN 1 STAR AS I AM UNABLE TO GIVE IT ZERO STARS WHICH THIS PLACE NOW DESERVES

Very friendly helpful and very good food

Very disappointing. Both our meals were, presumably, microwaved and neither were hot all the way through. Although not terribly expensive as restaurant meals go, the food here was not good value.

The fish is so fresh it's still wet all the way through!
