Disgusted, rang up for appointment , was told i would get a call back with date and time, Did not call me back , so had to phone in the morning at 8 am . so after waiting on the phone 17 mins to get through was told only medical emergency, ring back tomorrow, Rang again today to be told the same thing.!!!! SURLY medical emergency's should go to the HOSPITAL to leave the surgery Free .. I have bee trying for over a week now to get to see a Doctor!!!!!!.. SHOCKING

I have never had a good one and that's me being nice about them, they do not care, the receptionist treats you like dirt, they do not care if you need the app, its not harming them so why should they, I have severe depression and finally got put on mirtazapine for a week and to go back the following week for more...I'm in that week now and still no app to get my tablets so now I'm back at square one, they aren't worth the struggle, go find yourself a better doctors, Hafan iechyd building might look nice but inside its not up to any standard, dont waste your time, your illness will worsen before you get in to see someone it takes that long. They care about money not people.

Local Doctors, Dispensary, many Doctors here daily, very good Doctors, Nurses and Reception staff friendly and helpful.
