Awful food, I made the mistake of buying a "bun loaf" and fruit scones, they are as bad as the bread, how they remain in business is beyond me

Went to reception. Nothing personal to her but The lady there was very unwelcoming and not very interested in customer service.
The comment made was: 'what sort of thing are you looking for?' Also: 'We don't have a catalogue but we're in the process of getting a website, ok thanks bye'.
I think there should be sign to keep out customers who stop by at this bakery to avoid confusion.
