Hahav - Hospice At Home Aberystwyth Volunteers Description

Hospice At Home Aberystwyth is a brand new volunteer led charity offering community-based end-of-life care to patients in North Ceredigion and the surrounding area.

The charity is new and currently undergoing final setup with a goal of helping our first clients and carers in the first half of 2015. In order to extend a helping hand to our first clients, we are finalising setup of the charity, raising initial funds and recruiting and training volunteers.
