Great helpful staff... Small shop but seem to have a good selection of kit.

Sold me the wrong light bulbs for my car so had to return to a different store closer to home a replacement

It's okay but I wouldn't recommend going there because their bikes are crap and too expensive. Look online for better bike dealers than Halfords.

On the web site they have what i wanted in store. Arrived there and not in stock. Bought other stuff but nobody on checkout. Had to look for staff who tutted because i wanted to pay.
Wont be going back.

The store is to small there isn't any choice could have done with a larger one like Caerphilly and Newport

Always have to go back and change things as they can never get things right first time.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Staff are a complete waste of time. Don't have a DPD parcel delivered here - mine went missing when though the guy there signed for it.
