Told me there was a 15 minute wait to be served. Unacceptable. Left.

Avoid like the plaque, bottle of oil opened and damaged my car - refused to put it right now going through trading standards

I have visited this place a few times and even when the place looks deserted I have always had to wait to get served. The store itself is OK, but some of the staff lack a certain dynamic that is needed when working in the retail industry. I've been to other Halfords stores and they are OK. I am sure that it is just one or 2 members of staff that drag their feet, but it reflects poorly against the whole store.

Really tidy and nice service but expensive

Have to say very disappointed, customer service at an all time low. The only place in cwmbran that has bad customer service, go somewhere else like mon and border - avoid this. The female manager is a joke; extremely rude and isn't willing to help you considering your overpaying for products in the first place. There was a gentleman also there who seemed like he just woke up with the inability to speak.

Halfords you have lost a loyal customer.

Friendly, helpful staff. When things go wrong, they do their utmost to correct them and make sure you're happy leaving.
