Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful staff. Quickly sorted out my headlamp replacements.

The tyre pressures were suddenly down on three of my tyres after blowing them up the day before. I was met by a helpful chap who took my details and then I was passed onto a technician. They sorted out the problem in about 2 minutes, every bit a quality service by very friendly staff. They offered advice on tyre tread and when they need replacing I will be returning there. Thank you.

The staff in the Cardiff (Newport Road branch, bike dept) are some of the best you'll come across in a retail chain store. I have been served by various members of staff and I have yet to come across one that is less than well mannered, attentive and knowledgeable. Hard to believe that Halfords does so poorly in the Which survey of retailers. Bought electric bikes there in May.

I had to get 2 bulbs changed in my car today (bit of a nightmare because of the air filter.) The staff in this store are the most friendly, upbeat and helpful I've seen in a long time! It was almost surprising which is a bit depressing really! I wish I'd caught the womans name who did the work, absolute star! And went above and beyond to help. For customer service, I think this store is one that should be acknowledged and rewarded by higher management.

Great customer service- Went to get a bike rack for my car and a few mistakes were made in regards to size and compatibility. Both times the customer service team were helpful in resolving the issue and showed great customer service and relations skills.

Should anybody intend to reserve an item for click & collect please note that you cannot pick it up 1 hour later. Staff at this store, very rudely, informed us that service is not possible and that the website is wrong. Also should you visit this store shortly before its closing time be prepared for the staff to come out with 'I finish in half an hour' when you ask for help. Found staff at Penarth Rd store far more helpful.
