Online order for click and collect wrong item picked for order. The only saving grace was that they had what I wanted on the shelf. Not very good !!

Tooo expensive for below par quality goods

Went in for help with my car. Asked the member of staff if he could have a quick look and let me know if it was safe to continue my journey but he kept saying he was to busy. Come back in a few hours he said and if he can he will look at it. Went to Kwik fit who gave me a better service even though the problem wasn't fixed.
This guy needs lessons in customer service

Exhaust fell off car on A55 so car had to be taken to Bangor. Arrived at midday, they managed to fit the work in on the car the same day, extremely reasonable price and fantastic staff behind the counter. Have used previously in the past but not for a few years. Would definitely go back.

Bike department is dreadful , ignored by disinterested staff . my first time there I was sold the wrong size inner tube dispite having the old tube with me and this time I was sold the wrong chain link once again with the chain in my hand . Granted I don't know much about bikes , but I would expect the staff of a bike shop to have some knollage. depressing to be honest , take your busines to an independent bike shop.

Shocking service, repeatedly forced to return to solve problems with bikes purchased. Use an independent local shop if you need a new bike.
