Didn't have what I needed

Good helpful staff

2 days ago we purchased a childs electric car from this store. It was on display but we were told it was all working. When we got it home, charged it up over night and couldn't get anything to work. Took it back to the store today and was told that they knew the car wouldn't work because one of the shop assisstant had removed one of the wires and put it on another car. Although they realised just after I had bought it they made no effort to contact me, they had our email adress... they did ask if I wanted to order another through them I just laughed and said NO I will have my money back and get one from somewhere else! We shall not be coming back to this store.

The bike section staff here are brilliant. They're always happy to help and offer great advice. We're the annoying people who show up near closing and they still always offer the best service. Highly recommended! Cheers

Typical Halfords. So far so good.

Halfords Harford - open and it is Aug.Bank Holiday Monday. Brill service from 3 blokes, with humour, when they should have been on a beach. And best of all they had the bulbs I needed. Hats off to Halfords & their Staff.

Product range is great staff although helpful are very slow to react like they are to busy doing other tasks
