Just had some excellent support and advice from the 2 gentlemen on the bike desk in the Caerphilly (crossways) store this afternoon. Very clear advice and clearly costed and explained the work that needs to be carried out. Those staff are a credit to the organisation.

Normal run of the mill halfords. Got stung once getting a bike inner tube changed. Good price on the inner tube but ripped off for the fitting. Be aware!

Stupid woman on the till has no clue what so ever. She very slyly over charged me once on an item. She told me the item was 50 pound.i only realised when I got home she had charged me 60 on my card without my authority to do so. No only is it sly and malicious it's also illegal. I will take this matter further with head office.

One of the workers borrowed me a lighter total life saver
