Got the tools to fix my bike but no one there to fix my bike but they let me fix it in the store

I don't like to leave bad reviews for places, but unfortunately my experiences here are sadly consistent in how poor they are. The products and services are largely the same as any other Halfords store you could visit, but the senior staff members here are apathetic and seem to find their customers requests to be an inconvenience. Disappointing.

Small shop, hard work to get served by staff allways.

bought a bike took 3 days to pick it up and no answer on the phone shocking

Do not use very often.

I purchased mxr750 last year & while out with my daughter last wk I noticed it's getting a bit small for her so called in port talbot halfords & was told they can't be adjusted. After taking a look myself the bike can be adjusted for 3 different riding position.

Handy selection of motoring stuff, but not particularly cheap. Fitting service is very good.
