Halifax

Don't get me wrong Halifax is a great bank however this branch sucks very slow service and it's almost as if no one wants to be there not happy as a customer her my local branch is A 5* service

Service with a smile

Ridiculously slow and dreary service. Never more than 2 tills open and 95% of the time there's just 1 available. Staff will moan how tough it is for them etc rather than do anything about it. Do not use if you're in a hurry.

Very disappointed with the level of customer service especially from the cashier. Wanted to pay some money into my son's a/c. Cashier wouldn't take the cash told me to put it into a deposit envelope and it would be paid into his a/c in the next 24hrs. Never had this problem in other Halifax branches. Which offer excellent service

Helpful staff, well laid out, clean and tidy.
